James Rafferty, the former IETF working group chair for Internet fax, developed a 2 day Internet fax course during his time with Human Communications.      

The primary goal for the course is to provide attendees with an in-depth understanding of Internet fax technology that will be used to develop products and services that support store and forward or real-time modes of fax operation over the Internet or IP fax networks including SIP trunks.
